Something a little different!...

Time for something a little different. The Lardeau River runs through a forest type classed as Interior Cedar/Hemlock. This forest qualifies as a rainforest albeit receiving it's precipitation via snow fall. This reservoir of huge capacity is singularly responsible for the Lardeau River receiving steady and consistent flow during the rafting season (see-back on target!). It also provides for some fascinating features under the forest canopy. I know there must be some closet fungi folk amongst you!
